What Reviewers Should Evaluate

How to Write a Good Review Report
- Begin with a concise summary of the manuscript and its contribution.
- Identify major strengths and major weaknesses clearly.
- Provide specific comments on structure, methods, interpretation, and presentation.
- Make suggestions that are constructive, precise, and academically useful.
- Avoid dismissive, vague, or personal language.
- When possible, distinguish between major revisions and minor corrections.

Timeliness
- Reviewers are encouraged to respond promptly to review invitations.

Ethical Alert for Reviewers
If a reviewer suspects plagiarism, data manipulation, duplicate submission, unethical research practice,
or any serious concern related to research integrity, the issue should be reported confidentially to the journal editors.
